5 sounds task

These were the 2d and 3d ideas i came up with depending on the 5 sounds I recorded for padlet.

The bird sounds are quite self explanatory and i attempted to replicate the wire birds often sit on in the evening outside my house, using materials that were familiar to me.

The sound of scissors reminds me of accuracy and the ability to replicate so I created a jumble of papers all cut the same way, using different colors of paper to show how despite the material (color/thickness in this specific situation) you can still replicate something,

The sound of water splashing inside a bottle reminds me of when my friend phoned me up at 4 a.m and any attempt to speak to him was unsuccessful because of how loudly I could hear him refilling his water bottle and splashing it around.

The water tap recording also relates to a friend who one day, randomly, decided to send our groupchat voice notes of the tap running. Anytime someone tried to figure out what was going on, she would just send another one.

For a loud sound I used color pencils, like when you drop a bundle of color pencils and you can hear them all fall individually. The idea of a bundle reminded me of how cool the underneath looks and it reminded me of a lotus root and lotus seeds, which is something my family eats alot traditionally.
